Our kitchen team will spoil you in our residents’ restaurant with culinary delicacies, fusing Baden and Mediterranean cuisine to a particularly delicious symbiosis, which will more than satisfy your gourmet tastes.


Our kitchen team uses mainly regional produce.
Under the motto “as local as possible, as fresh as possible”, we have been a member of the Freiburg regional group of the “SLOW FOOD” convivium for several years.


Through our special offers and half-board we provide our guests with a freshly-prepared 5-course meal with different options which change on a daily basis.
Excluding the special offers, you can decide which parts of the menu you would like each day.
We will only charge you for the meals consumed – a fair offer for being able to organise your holiday independently.
